How to file a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent including: your contact details, identification of the work, the location of the material on Slate, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature.

Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same detail. We will restore eligible content unless the claimant files suit.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
