How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Open Settings, then Subscription, to upgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. If you cancel you keep paid features until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Slate does not offer refunds as a rule, because you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. We do fix double charges.
